Community Governance
Valle de Samsara is designed to be managed by its residents — with transparency, participation, and shared decision-making.

Annual General Assembly
Held at least once a year — in person or online (Zoom, Google Meets). All owners participate in budget approval and community decisions.

Board of Directors
Five directors lead the community. During the reserve period, the Developer appoints 3 (President, Secretary, Treasurer) and owners elect 2.

One Lot — One Vote
Every lot represents one vote. Decisions are made by simple majority — changes to the constitution require 3/4 of votes.

Developer Reserve Period
Granate Corporation manages the community until 90% of lots are sold, or until 2026 — whichever comes first. Then management passes to the Owners Association.

Annual Budget
The annual budget is prepared by the Administrator and approved by the Assembly — covering common areas, security, maintenance, and infrastructure.

Smart Management
Community management is designed to be easy — smart access, key control, bill payments, and meter readings — all from an app, from anywhere in the world.
